A 70 minute teaching CD for "the Australian song that has taken the choral world by storm!"

'Past Life Melodies' for a 'cappella choir embraces several vocal qualities not traditionally used in Western choral music, including open-throated chant singing, earthy vocal drones, Aboriginal inspired chant and harmonic overtone singing.

This 70 minute CD includes spoken commentary from the composer Sarah Hopkins as she systematically rehearses Past Life Melodies with St Peters Chorale, and we hear inspiring performances of the full piece which open and close the CD.

This is a much sought after wonderful resource for choirs, choral directors and students worldwide!
